Delivery Policy
We at Easy Vitamins try our very best to ensure your order is with you as soon as possible. Once order confirmation has been approved we try to have your order shipped within 2 working days.
All orders are subject to product availability. The date of delivery for your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery and the quantity of items ordered, and in addition your order may be delivered in separate shipments. Please be aware that shipping is on a per order basis.
Delivery charges will vary on location and requirement of the customer, please refer to our shipping rate card to be aware of the shipping options available and any extra delivery charges that may be incurred.
We offer service to the following European Countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.
We also offer service to the following non-European countries: US, Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Nigeria, Singapore, South Africa,Thailand and Uganda.
All extra delivery charges should be taken into consideration before any order is processed. We offer FREE shipping on all UK deliveries, however subject to weight of the order there may be a slight increase to final cost. We advise you choose an appropriate shipping method in respect to your order size, we try our very best to provide you with a hassle free experience please feel free to get in touch if you have concerns in regards to the delivery charges applied to larger orders.
All UK orders placed before 11 am everyday Monday to Friday are normally delivered into the UK Royal Mail system the next working day,you should receive your order in 1-2 working days however we ask that you allow 7 working days for the product to be delivered to your door, in case of any delays that may occur within Royal Mail. For deliveries to Europe your order should reach you within 5-7 working days however please allow up to 14 working days for delivery and for the rest of the world up to 30 days though we aim for your products to be with in around 10-12 working days. All your orders are tracked and any required updates can be forwarded to the customer upon request by email. Please note that other than UK Special Delivery and Courier the delivery times are NOT guaranteed – they are just approximate times provided by the mail carriers. Once we pass an item to the mail service we cannot control mail delays though we will try to do our very best to help you get your order in quickest time possible.
Easy Vitamins is unable to provide compensation for late deliveries. Compensation will not be provided for consequential losses (e.g., time taken off work or if the item is a gift and/or you purchase the same item from a more expensive retailer).
If for any reason, your order is returned to us (e.g., incorrect address), then Easy Vitamins will inform you immediately via email when the item is received. You will be given a choice as to whether the item is sent out again, or a refund is processed. Please note, for items that are undelivered through fault of the customer (e.g., incorrect address), Easy Vitamins reserve the right to deduct our outwardly shipping fees from the refund total.
Overseas customers should be aware that in some instances customs for any particular country may confiscate shipments containing locally prohibited products from entering into their respective countries. In the rare case in which your shipment is confiscated, Easy Vitamins Ltd accepts no financial responsibility, and therefore will not offer any refunds for your order. It is advised that you make your self familiar with the rules and regulations of the delivery destination in regards to food supplement products to avoid any loss and/or disappointment.
