Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original, sealed packaging.
  • Products must be in the same condition as received.
  • Proof of purchase or your order number is required.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used supplements unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly, customers are responsible for the cost of returning items.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used supplements
  • Products with broken safety seals
  • Items returned outside the return period
  • Gift cards (if applicable)
