Are organic foods nutritionally healthier than non-organic?

Organic foods are those foods that are produced, grow, prepared, and processed without the use of any fertilizers and chemical preservatives to store for a long time. Organic foods are prepared by applying natural fertilizers, such as manure or compost, and soil to feed plants, crops, and vegetables. While on the other hand Non-organic foods are prepared, produced, and promote plant growth with the help of chemical fertilizers.

Most people believe is that organic food is healthier than the unoriginal or non-organic food and it’s the main cause of its enlarged demand in the past and nowadays too. There are lots of research reports and studies related to food benefits suggest that organic food has a higher nutritional value as compared to non-organic foods. Organic foods seem to have a higher ratio of antioxidants to non-organic food. Antioxidants can be higher in organic foods than non-organic.
