You have to use a soft-bristled toothbrush and jingled it to 45 degrees to clean the teeth, taking at least 2-3 minutes, and brush your teeth twice a day after the floss as this is the most effective way to keep strong healthy teeth than any other dental cleaning procedure.

In the present scenario, where people eat such hygienic food that is not good for dental health and get suffered from many dental problems such as tooth decay, bad breath, etc. The result is severe pain but due to lack of time, they ignore it and come into the grip of deadly dental diseases.
