Rapid Weight Loss Diet for One Week

If you want to fast weight loss, then this diet is for you. This low-calorie diet should take you only seven days. It is based on the principles of separate food, the menu is well thought out and balanced. Mandatory condition of diet – before each meal drink a glass of water.

Monday

Breakfast – 50 grams of boiled fish, salad with olive oil, a glass of low-fat yogurt.

Lunch – 100 grams of cooked chicken or turkey meat, 200 grams of bran bread, one boiled egg.

Tuesday

Breakfast – 100 grams of boiled beef, one carrot, celery, a cup of green tea.

Lunch – a small portion of oatmeal, 100 grams of low-fat cottage cheese, 50 ml. low-fat yogurt.

Wednesday

Breakfast – 50 grams of cooked chicken meat, 250 – 300 ml. chicken soup, 100 grams of bran bread.

Lunch – 50 grams of boiled beef, spinach in any amount, 100 grams of bran bread, one apple and orange.

Thursday

Breakfast – 300 grams of boiled buckwheat, one cup of nonfat yogurt, a salad from tomatoes with olive oil.

Lunch – 300 grams of cooked white rice, 30 grams of low-fat cottage cheese with honey, 50 grams of steamed prunes, one grapefruit, one cup of green tea.

Friday

Breakfast – 50 -70 grams of boiled beef, a salad of cucumber and bell pepper with olive oil, one boiled egg.

Lunch – 50 grams of cooked chicken breast, serving of mixed salad, a cup of green tea

Saturday

Breakfast – A glass of unsweetened fruit juice, 200 ml. fish broth, 100 grams of bran bread.

Lunch – a portion of boiled brown rice, tomato salad with olive oil and lemon juice, a cup of green tea.

Sunday

Breakfast and lunch – the same as on Saturday.
